Terms of Use

anice is a service that lets parents store their children's memories (photo, video, audio, text) digitally, share them privately with family members, and, if they wish, order a printed memory book. By using the Service, you accept these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
• Your account is verified with your phone number or email address; you are responsible for protecting your session information.
• You are responsible for transactions that occur on your account unless you notify us immediately in the event that your session information is obtained by third parties.

• All rights to the content you upload belong to you. anice uses only the limited processing authority required to provide the service over your content (storage, display, and the print you order).
• You are responsible for the content you upload (including the rights of third parties). When uploading content relating to a child, you declare that you act in the capacity of parent/guardian.
• Content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or constitutes misuse may not be uploaded. Such content is reviewed upon notice and may be removed.

• Your content is private by default; only the family members you invite can access it within the role you grant.
• If you choose to share content via a link, anyone with the link can view that content. You can turn off sharing at any time.
• You can remove a family member's access at any time; copies a removed member previously saved to their device are beyond the control of the service.

• Some features may require a paid subscription or a one-time payment (e.g. a printed book). Prices are shown on the order/subscription screen.
• Because printed products are produced to order, the right of withdrawal after production has begun applies within the exceptions provided by legislation.
• Payments are collected through contracted payment institutions; your card details are not stored on our servers.

You can delete your account at any time under Settings → My Data. Together with the deletion request, your data is deleted within the periods explained in the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in the event of a serious breach of the terms.

The Service is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to operate uninterrupted or error-free; however, industry-standard measures are applied for the security and continuity of your data. Without prejudice to mandatory rules of law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages. We recommend you also keep a backup of your important memories (Settings → Download my data).

When the terms are updated they are published on this page; for significant changes you are notified from within the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Contact: contact@anice.io
